IMPORTANT: These terms are placeholder content for the Alpha version of the monebots service and/or app. Final legal terms will be provided before public launch.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the monebots Alpha service and/or app, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

monebots is an Alpha trading service and app that provides for testing purposes:

• AI-powered trading algorithms, strategies, and recommendations
• Broker integration
• Portfolio tracking and analysis tools
• Periodically updated market data and charting capabilities

3. Alpha Testing Terms

You acknowledge that monebots is currently in Alpha testing phase, which means:

• The platform may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features
• Service availability is not guaranteed
• Data may be lost, deleted, or reset at any time during Alpha testing
• Features and functionality may change without notice

4. Trading Risks

WARNING: Trading securities involves significant risk and may result in the loss of your invested capital. It is the user's responsibility not to save live account credentials as paper credentials in monebots. Using live credentials as paper credentials may result in trades being executed, and such trades are entirely the responsibility of the user. monebots shall not be liable for any such trades.

• Only trade with funds you can afford to lose
• Understand that past performance does not guarantee future results

5. User Responsibilities

As an Alpha tester of monebots, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and broker connections
• Use only paper or sandbox accounts for testing during Alpha
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or interfere with platform operations
• Report any bugs, errors, or unexpected behavior promptly
• Acknowledge that data, configurations, or trades may be deleted or reset at any time during Alpha
• Understand and agree that any feedback, comments, or suggestions may be recorded and used by monebots LLC to improve the service

6. Limitation of Liability

monebots LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Alpha version of the monebots service and/or app. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of data, test results, or configurations
• Service interruptions, software bugs, or unavailability
• Trading or simulated trading activity, including unintended trades caused by incorrect user credentials or configurations
• Any damages resulting from reliance on data, strategies, or recommendations generated by the platform

Participation in the Alpha program is at your own risk. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, express or implied.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy and data security are important to us. During the Alpha program, we collect and process limited personal, trading, and technical data solely to support testing and platform improvement. By participating in the Alpha program, you acknowledge and consent to this data handling.

8. Termination

monebots LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Alpha service and/or app at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform. You may also discontinue participation at any time. Upon termination, your access credentials may be revoked, and any stored data may be deleted without notice.

9. Changes to Terms

monebots LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version. Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate significant updates to active users. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
